About AirRaid Juggling Club

The AirRaid Juggling Club is dedicated to celebrating the art of juggling and sharing its magic with our community.

The club was founded in 1994 by Pat Hunter.  It originally met in the upper part of the downtown Jefferson Madison Library.

Members of the club include:

  • Guinness Book of World Record holder Rick Kwiatkowski 50 miles while Joggling (juggling and running).
  • Juggling site swap passing pattern master, Tom Hamil
  • 3 time IJA team passing gold medalist Chris Hodge
  • Tony Gonzalez from team Entropy International Jugglers Association team champions with a bronze medal in 2005.
  • 1990 IJA Individual Champion Gold Medalist Mark Nizer

  • and many more.

Whether you’re a beginner eager to learn or an experienced juggler perfecting your craft, our club is the perfect place to explore this dynamic and exciting skill. Beyond being loads of fun, juggling has been shown to activate grey matter in the brain, enhancing coordination, focus, and cognitive skills. We aim to inspire curiosity, creativity, and connection through juggling while fostering a supportive and welcoming environment for everyone. Join us, and discover how juggling can sharpen your mind and lift your spirits—all while having an amazing time!

Although, titled as a juggling club we also welcome all flow artists, acrobats, unicyclists, circus arts practitioners, etc…

ACAC Adventure Central in Charlottesville, Virginia, has generously stepped up as a sponsor for The AirRaid Juggling Club, providing us with access to their exceptional meeting facilities.
